Chapter 1
Article 1 (Purpose)
1) The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the 'Onnuri Mission Foundation CGNTV' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') and the users in relation to the use of the 'Fondant (퐁당) online service' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') provided by the Company.
2) These terms apply to the use of the services provided by the Company, and separate basic terms apply to services provided by affiliates.
Article 2 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms)
1) These terms take effect by being announced through the services provided by the Company or by other means such as email.
2) If the Company changes the terms, it will specify the effective date and reasons for the change and announce it on the initial screen of the service along with the current terms for 20 days from 10 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable or significant to users), or send the changed terms, effective date, and reasons for the change (including explanations of important changes) to the user's email address to take effect.
3) If a member does not agree to the changed terms, they can request to withdraw, and if they do not express their refusal and continue to use the service after 10 days from the effective date of the changed terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms)
Matters not specified in these terms shall follow the Basic Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, and other related laws and regulations, as well as the service usage guide set by the Company.
Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
1) The main terms used in these terms are defined as follows:
1. User: A person who has entered into a service use contract with the Company and uses the membership service.
2. User Number (ID): A combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and assigned by the Company for user identification and service use.
3. Password: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user to protect their own secret.
4. Terminal: Personal devices (mobile phones, smart pads) installed by the user to receive the service.
5. Service Use: The use of information provided by the Company through the user's terminal.
6. Internet Service: Services such as email, file transfer, remote login, and web provided by connecting to computer networks worldwide.
2) Definitions of terms used in these terms, except as defined in paragraph 1, shall follow the relevant laws and service-specific guides.
Chapter 2 Conclusion of Service Use Contract
Article 5 (Establishment of Use Contract)
Individual User: Refers to all members who have joined the Fondant (퐁당) online service provided by the Company.
1) Members can use all services provided by the Company. (In the case of affiliate services that require re-registration, those services are excluded from the scope of the use contract with the Company.)
2) Institutions and organizations must go through the Company's approval process at the time of registration and follow the operating rules set by the Company.
Institution and Organization User: Refers to Christian institutions and organizations that join to provide content and use the service.
1) Institutions and organizations must determine the authority and rights of content and the scope of service use through a contract with the Company to provide and use content in the service.
2) Institutions and organizations are subject to the policies and terms of use set by the Company when using the service.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
1) When applying for service membership, clicking the 'Agree' button is considered as agreeing to these terms.
2) The use contract is established when the Company accepts the service use application after the applicant agrees to the terms of use.
Article 7 (Application for Use)
1) Those who wish to join as members and use the service must fill out the required information in the application form requested by the Company.
2) Children under the age of 14 must obtain consent from a legal representative such as a parent before applying for service use. The same applies when a minor wishes to use paid services.
Article 8 (Acceptance of Use Application)
1) The Company accepts applications for use in the order of receipt unless there are special circumstances.
2) The Company may restrict acceptance of use applications in the following cases:
1. When there is no room in the service-related facilities
2. When there are technical difficulties
3. When deemed necessary due to other circumstances of the Company
3) The Company may not accept the use application in the following cases:
1. When the application is not made in the real name of the applicant
2. When the application is made using someone else's name
3. When the required information is falsely stated in the application
4. When the application is made for the purpose of disturbing public order or good morals
5. When a child under the age of 14 does not obtain consent from a legal representative (parent, etc.)
6. When approval is not possible due to the user's fault or when applying in violation of other specified matters
7. When confirmed as a heretical group defined by the Korean church or a group (church) with social controversy
8. When it is an anti-Christian group or a group (church) with a specific political inclination
9. When the use application requirements set by the Company are insufficient
4) If the use application is deferred or not accepted according to paragraph 2 or 3, the Company must notify the applicant. However, this does not apply if the applicant cannot be notified due to the Company's fault.
Article 9 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)
1) The Company respects and protects the personal information of users.
2) The Company makes every effort to protect the personal information provided by users online while using the service. Accordingly, the Company has established and complies with a personal information protection policy based on related laws and regulations that information and communication service providers must comply with, such as the Communication Secret Protection Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information by Public Institutions. For details, please refer to the Company's personal information protection policy.
3) The Company collects information about users through the information provided by users when applying for use, participating in various events (including broadcasts), and other information collected during the service use process. The personal information of users is used for the purpose of fulfilling this use contract and providing services under this use contract.
4) The Company may send cookies to the user's computer through the service. Users can change their browser settings to refuse cookie reception or to warn about cookie reception.
Article 10 (Change of Personal Information)
1) Members can view and modify their personal information at any time through personal information management. However, the member's name, gender, and ID required for service management cannot be modified.
2) If there is a change in the information provided at the time of application, the member must modify it online, and the responsibility for problems arising from not changing the member information lies with the member.
Chapter 3 Obligations of Contracting Parties
Article 11 (Obligations of the Company)
1) The Company makes every effort to provide continuous and stable services except in the following cases:
1. When maintenance, regular inspection, or unavoidable circumstances due to the Company occur
2. When a common carrier defined in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services
3. When a national emergency such as war, incident, natural disaster, or similar occurs or is likely to occur
4. When there is a disruption in service use due to facility failure or excessive use
2) The Company handles matters related to the criteria, scope, method, and procedure for compensation for user damage due to content defects according to the Content User Protection Guidelines.
3) If the opinions or complaints raised by users are objectively recognized as justified, the Company must process them through appropriate procedures within 10 business days. However, if processing is unavoidably delayed, the Company must inform the user of the reason and processing schedule.
4) The Company cannot disclose or distribute the personal information of users obtained in connection with the provision of services to third parties without the user's consent and cannot use it for commercial purposes. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
1. When provided in a form that cannot identify specific individuals for statistical, academic research, or market research purposes
2. When there is a request from a related agency according to the procedures and methods set for investigation purposes under related laws
3. When there are special provisions in other laws
4. When requested by the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
Article 12 (Obligations of Users)
1) Users must comply with the relevant laws, the provisions of these terms, the precautions announced on the service, and the matters notified by the Company, and must not interfere with the Company's business.
2) Users cannot engage in any profit-making activities using the service without the prior consent of the Company and cannot engage in any activities that violate the law.
3) Users are responsible for maintaining and managing their ID and password and are fully responsible for all results arising from the use of their ID and password. If their ID and password are used without their consent, they must immediately notify the Company.
4) Users must not engage in the following activities related to the service:
1. Copying, reproducing, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, or otherwise using information obtained through the service without the prior consent of the Company, or providing it to others
2. Posting or linking to obscene or vulgar materials that violate public order and good morals, or distributing such materials
3. Defaming or insulting others, or infringing on the rights of others such as intellectual property rights
4. Distributing hacking or computer viruses, or continuously sending certain content such as advertising information against the will of others
5. Illegally using another user's ID
6. Collecting or storing personal information of other users
7. Impersonating others, including Company employees and operators, or using IDs and nicknames for such purposes
8. Forging the sender of content transmitted through the service
9. Not using the real name for the registered name
10. Double registering with different IDs by the same user
11. Stalking or harassing others
12. Engaging in any activities that may interfere with or are likely to interfere with the operation of the service
13. Violating any other regulations or terms set by the Company, including these terms
14. Engaging in activities objectively judged to be related to crime
15. Planning or executing the use of the service for the purpose of harming national interests or public welfare
16. Engaging in any other activities that violate related laws
Article 13 (Prohibition of Transfer)
Users cannot transfer, gift, or provide as collateral the right to use the service or any status in the use contract to others.
Chapter 4 Use of Service
Article 14 (Scope of Service Use)
Users can use the services provided by the Fondant (퐁당) internet service with the ID issued at the time of joining through the Company. However, the use of content provided by affiliates and institutions other than the Company may be restricted.
Article 15 (Service Use Time)
1) The Company starts the service immediately after accepting the user's application for use. 2) The service use time is 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in principle, unless there are special business or technical difficulties for the Company. However, this does not apply to the days or times set by the Company for system regular inspection, expansion, and replacement, and in such cases, users will be informed through notices or email.
3) The Company may separately designate the available time for some services. In such cases, users will be informed through notices or email.
Article 16 (Provision of Information)
The Company may provide users with various information deemed necessary during the use of the service through notices or email.
Chapter 5 Institutions and Organizations
Article 17 (Registration and Obligations of Institution and Organization Managers)
Institution and organization managers (hereinafter referred to as 'organization managers') are representatives of institutions and organizations and must register as managers with the Company.
1) Organization managers are obligated to create accounts necessary for the operation of the organization, and the Company is obligated to provide necessary training for management.
2) Operating accounts and passwords must be created according to the account creation rules set by the Company.
3) Operating accounts cannot be shared or transferred to others under any circumstances before prior consultation, and if violated, the Company will warn the manager account and organization and give a one-week correction period for modification.
4) If not modified within the correction period despite the warning in paragraph 3, the Company may delete all rights held by the organization.
5) Organization managers are obligated to manage users registered as the relevant institution and organization, comply with the relevant laws, the provisions of these terms, the precautions announced on the service, and the matters notified by the Company, and must not interfere with the Company's business.
6) Organization managers have the obligations of users in Article 12 regarding the use of the service, and all responsibilities arising from violations lie with the organization manager.
Article 18 (Authority of Organization Managers)
1) Organization managers have the authority to manage the content registered by the relevant institution and organization.
2) Organization managers have the authority to register, delete, and modify the content of the affiliated institution and organization and are responsible for managing users registered as the relevant institution.
3) If the content registered by the institution and organization falls under any of the following categories, the Company has the authority to delete it without prior notice:
1. When it has an anti-social tendency
2. When it has an anti-Christian tendency
3. When it distorts facts or spreads false materials
4. When it supports or slanders a specific political inclination
5. When it has the purpose of disturbing public order or good morals
6. When confirmed as a heretical group defined by the Korean church or when social controversy may arise
7. When it does not meet the content standards set by the Company
Article 19 (Transfer of Organization Manager's Rights)
1) Organization managers can request the transfer of rights to users affiliated with the institution and organization with the approval of the Company, and the Company must notify the current organization manager of the approval or disapproval of the transfer within 5 business days.
2) The current organization manager loses their authority immediately upon being notified of the transfer by the Company.
3) The manager receiving the transfer of rights has all the rights and obligations related to the relevant organization, including the obligations and authority based on Articles 17 and 18.
Chapter 6 Termination and Service Use Restriction
Article 20 (Suspension and Restriction of Service Provision)
1) The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the service at any time as needed, and in such cases, the Company must immediately notify users through notices or email.
2) The Company may suspend service provision in the following cases:
1. When there is a need for maintenance of service facilities or a significant reason for the Company to suspend the service
2. When a common carrier defined in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services
3) The Company may suspend or restrict service provision when there is a disruption in service use due to a national emergency, facility failure, or excessive use, and may completely discontinue the currently provided service for reasons deemed appropriate by the Company.
4) The Company may conduct regular inspections necessary for service provision, and the regular inspection time shall be announced on the service provision screen.
Article 21 (Termination or Cancellation and Use Restriction)
1) The Company may terminate or cancel the content use contract in the following cases:
1. When the user violates the obligations under this contract
2. When there is a reason for termination or cancellation specified by law
2) Users can withdraw membership and terminate the user terms at any time for the following reasons:
1. When normal content is not provided
2. When the provided content is significantly different from the display or advertisement
3. When normal use is significantly impossible due to content defects
3) When a member wishes to terminate the use contract, they must directly cancel the subscription through the membership withdrawal menu within the service.
4) If a member violates the contents of Article 12 of these terms in their service use, the Company may terminate the use contract or suspend service use for a specified period without prior notice.
5) Users can file an objection to the Company's termination, cancellation, and use restriction. If the user proves that there was no intention or negligence on their part, the Company will resume the service use.
6) If a member does not log in to the Company's service for one year while using the service, the Company may revoke the member's membership qualification.
Chapter 7 Miscellaneous
Article 22 (Compensation for Damages)
Since the services provided by the Company are free, the Company is not responsible for any damages related to the use of the service, except for matters specified in the personal information protection policy.
Article 23 (Disclaimer)
1) The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, etc., of the information, materials, and facts posted or transmitted by users through the service and is not responsible for any damages arising from the selection or use of service materials by users.
2) The Company is not responsible for any damages related to the profits expected by users from using the service or the materials obtained through the service.
3) The Company is not obligated to intervene in disputes arising between users or between users and third parties through the service and is not responsible for any damages resulting from such disputes.
4) The Company is exempt from responsibility if a service use obstacle occurs due to the user's fault.
5) If the Company suffers damages due to a violation of these terms, the user who violated these terms must compensate the Company for all damages incurred.
Article 24 (Resolution of Disputes)
The jurisdiction for lawsuits related to content contracts between the Company and users shall be the Seoul District Court.
Article 25 (Youth Protection Policy)
1) Restriction and management measures for youth access to harmful information
Efforts are made to apply authentication devices to harmful media for youth and to take preventive measures to prevent youth from being exposed to harmful information without any restrictions.
2) Implementation of education for staff responsible for youth protection from harmful information
Education is provided to staff responsible for youth protection to thoroughly manage and supervise harmful media for youth.
3) Counseling and grievance handling for damages caused by harmful information
Personnel are assigned for counseling and grievance handling for damages caused by harmful information to youth, and efforts are made to prevent the spread of damage.
4) Affiliation, name, and contact information of the person responsible for youth protection and the person in charge
Efforts are made to do the best in youth protection work by designating a person responsible for youth protection and a person in charge of youth protection.

The Company operates the Fondant (퐁당) customer center for users to file complaints or request damage relief against the Company, and users can file complaints or request damage relief through the Fondant (퐁당) customer center regarding member information, video inquiries, etc.

Article 27 (Conversion to Paid Service, etc.)
If the service is converted to a paid service in whole or in part, and there is a change in the terms of use, the Company is obligated to notify all users registered for the service in advance by the method determined by the Company.
1) The advance notice standard is notified to users based on Article 2, paragraph 2.
2) If the user does not agree to the change in terms due to the service conversion, they can request rights from the Company based on Article 2, paragraph 3.
3) If the user does not confirm the advance notice of the paid revision, all responsibilities arising from it lie with the user.
[ Supplementary Provisions ]
(Effective Date) These terms take effect from February 15, 2021.
